Green Payoff in “Remodel Jacksonville” Magazine

The new digital version of Remodel Jacksonville is available!  Kevin Spritz wrote a great article Green Payoff  – click here for details about expanded tax credits.  Indicates more tax incentives have been created for retrofitting older homes with more energy efficient improvements because that is where the bigger payoff will be vs. new homes.  “Bottom line:  retrofitting existing homes with energy efficient features  is 4 to 8  times more carbon- and cost-efficient than adding further energy efficiency to new homes, the study showed.”
